Canada is a huge country, stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific oceans, and all the way to the Arctic Ocean in the north. The population is 31 million, and Canada is the second largest country in the world in terms of area.  (Russia is the largest.)  Canada boasts the worlds longest coastline, largest free standing structure (The Toronto CN Tower), and the world's largest shopping mall, the West Edmonton, with  5.3 million square feet.  Since it would take weeks to explore all of this beautiful country, the tour I took covered only the major eastern provinces, Ontario and Quebec.  The tour began in Toronto (Ontario) on June 19, 2004, and concluded in Montreal (Quebec) on June 26, 2004.

On the following pages, you can see many of the photos I took and read a bit about the areas I visited.  I hope you enjoy the trip!
